It is one of the civil society establishments . It was founded in Oct – 17 – 2003 in Kirkuk – Iraq , to qualify and defend women rights . It is non – governmental establishment , works to supply human , charitable , educational , and reformational services for all the citizens of Kirkuk regardless to ethnic or religious considerations .
